【摘要】目的:探究不同剂量骨蚀宁胶囊给兔激素性股骨头坏死微循环带来的影响。方法:择取2012年1月到2015年1月期间于本实验室培育的试验用健康白兔共32只,其中随机抽取2只白兔设为对照组,其余30只白兔则以“大肠杆菌内毒素+甲强龙”方式制备成动物模型,全部为兔,为这30只动物模型使用骨蚀宁胶囊进行治疗,并按照所用的不同剂量继续分组,即:低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,其每日用药剂量分别为0.5g/kg、1.4g/kg、4.2g/kg。治疗结束后对其微循环指标进行对比分析。结果:骨蚀宁胶囊可以提高血管内皮素与一氧化氮的浓度,使股骨头的坏死程度减轻,使血管内皮生长因子的表达更强。而在低中高三种剂量中,中剂量组其微循环指标与对照组最相似,与其他两组有明显不同,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于激素型股骨头坏死,1.41g/kg的骨蚀宁胶囊可以更有效地改善局部微循环。

To explore different doses osteolytic ning capsule of microcirculation of the impact of hormone osteonecrosis in rabbits. Results: the bone erosion ning capsule can improve the concentration of endothelin and nitric oxide blood vessels, relieve the degree of necrosis of femoral head, the stronger the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor. High in the low dose, dose group in their microcirculation indicators and the control group, the most similar with the other two groups are obviously different, the statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for hormone femoral head necrosis, 1.41 g/kg osteolytic ning capsule can more effectively improve local microcirculation.
